Palladino, Isbell & Casazza, LLC (PIC Law). is pleased to announce the addition of Rachel Silver, Esq. to the firm’s Immigration & Nationality Practice. Ms. Silver has five years of experience as an attorney and will be joining our office as the fourth Associate Attorney.
Prior to joining PIC Law, Ms. Silver worked as an immigration practitioner and a former assistant public defender at the County of Montgomery Office of the Public Defender. She was the lead attorney in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Taylor which is currently being litigated before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Silver graduated from Villanova University School of Law where she received the Arthur J. Kania Award for professional ethics and integrity, Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service, and received the Philadelphia Bar Association’s 2016 Eve Biskind Klothen Law Student Pro Bono Distinction Award. Ms. Silver earned a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University (S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication), and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Media Studies from the University of Virginia.
Ms. Silver is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
