Attorney Daniela Florido joins Palladino Isbell and Casazza, LLC (“PIC Law”) after previously spending a semester as a clerk at the firm. Prior to PIC Law, Daniela was an associate at MRA Law Group, P.A.
Daniela is fluent in Spanish and practices in various areas of immigration law, including family-based immigration, asylum, VAWA, U nonimmigrant visa, and removal defense. Her fluency in Spanish and deep understanding of the immigrant experience makes her an invaluable asset for clients navigating the legal system.
Motivated by her experience on a trip to the US-Mexico border assisting asylum seekers with the organization Al Otro Lado, Daniela is committed to helping immigrants navigate the complexities of the legal system. Daniela is committed to championing the rights of immigrants, using her passion and expertise to secure positive outcomes for her clients.
Daniela is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Prior to law school, Daniela obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Temple University, graduating cum laude with honors.
In addition to working at PIC Law as a law clerk, Daniela also clerked at HIAS in Philadelphia, PA, Al Otro Lado in Tijuana, Mexico, and Justice at Work through the Peggy Browning Fund. At the Temple Law’s Sheller Center for Social Justice, Daniela filed administrative claims under the federal tort acts on behalf of immigrant families.
Daniela is married to her high school sweetheart and they share a dog named Lola. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, finding new restaurants, going hiking and traveling to her home country, Colombia.
